This car takes Premium Gas only please. No smoking of any kind is permitted at all. Turo will remove you from the platform if there is evidence of smoking. Please only drive on paved roads. Turo takes driving off road or on unpaved roads very seriously. You will most likely incur a $150 cleaning fee if there is evidence of driving on roads that are not paved. Just like car rental companies, all of our vehicles are equipped with gps locators which are used if the car is not returned on time. Feel free to drive anywhere you want in which Turo allows. Driving into Mexico is forbidden by Turo.

Can I go "off-road" or drive on rocks/dirt/sand?
Unfortunately, No. Turo has a strict policy against off-roading. According to Turo's prohibited use policy this includes anything that is not a paved road. “off roading” on undeveloped or unimproved roads. Violating this rule could void your protection plan and result in fines and/or removal from Turo.

Such a smooth and easy rental experience from start to finish! The car was super clean, well maintained, and exactly as described! Pick up and drop off were effortless, convenient and communication with the host was quick and friendly the entire time. Definitely one of the best Turo rentals I’ve had. We loved this car! The process of check out, the cleanliness, the pick up mileage when you drive and how easy it was to get around, made our trip so easy. It was a no stress process and made our visit so pleasant. Dan & Erika gave thurough instructions for locating our vehicle and was easy to contact through out our stay. Also loved how quiet the car is to start so we didn't disturb our relatives when we needed to leave in the early mornings or getting home in the late nights. Thank you so much! I'll definitely rent and use this car again
