For all our bookings, we do require that you have access to the Turo app on a smartphone during your rental. This will be needed for communications as well as Trip Photos. You will especially need this when picking the vehicle up and returning it. *The Vehicle will be fully cleaned and detailed upon delivery. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty there will be a cleaning charge. *NO off roading. Fees may apply for off roading and running the battery below 15% (permanent damage can occur.) *please return the car charged to same level as received or very close.

• Is it really unlimited miles

  Yes, unlimited miles, but you do have to pay for the charging. Use any Tesla super charger and it will be charged to us and you will reimburse your trip charges after your trip ends.

• How do I charge the car?

  Tesla Super charging stations are recommended. You can ask the car to show you where the closest Tesla super charging station is. And then ask the car to navigate you there. To ask the car anything, you press the right toggle button on the steering wheel and ask the car question you may have. Also, many casinos offer free Tesla charging while visiting.

• How do I pay for the charging cost?

  After your trip ends any charging you did during your trip is added up and one reimbursement invoice is sent to you through TURO for total charges during your trip. Each time when you are finish charging it also shows you on the screen the total cost for each charge. You can keep track of the cost during your trip.

• Should I prepare and learn about a Tesla before I drive it?

  Absolutely! Teslas are very different from gas cars and have so many features that are fun to take advantage of. As well as planning your road trip for the extra time it takes for charging. You will always want to take full advantage of all the car has to offer. So yes, learn as much as you can prior to your trip.
