He was suppose to pick us up at the airport and 30 minutes before he was suppose to pick us up he had a family emergency. So asked if he asked if he wanted me to order for myself or for me to order the Uber and he will reimburse me, I decided I’ll pay and he could just pay me back. After I picked up the car, he texts me telling me it’s a back to back rental so he has no idea what the condition the car is in. I told him that the car was filled up only half way, the tire pressure light is on and the key battery is on the last bar. I asked him if I would be okay for my trip, no reply. During my trip I had to stop and put air in one of the tires because it was flat, just wish he would’ve communicated better with me about the car and that he would pay me back the money for the Uber.

The car was dirty. The tire pressure light was on and the key battery was low. I had to put more air in all four tires. When I drove the car, it seemed like it was shaking. And I realized the hood of the car was not closed properly.
