FAQ 1: Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?
All I ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. I don't expect for you to go out and detail the car before return, but I do appreciate the car to be tidy upon return.
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.
