The color was nice but the vehicle had issues. Previous host’s employee was nice who delivered the car but when I try to swap with other vehicle because of the condition current vehicle, it was terrible interaction with the employee who was sent to swap the car. Even after swapping the vehicle, the vehicle that was provided to me was not safe for the road. In the end the my long term reservation was cancelled by turo because the vehicles were not safe. I wish I had a good experience.

When the car was given to guest had no issue so if you want your car mistreated you found the right guest. Very unreasonable person to deal with so if you don’t have a brand new car don’t bother to rent for this guest

The car worked just fine. Didn't have any trouble with it. The host agreed to let us drop the car off much earlier than originally planned, which made things easier for us
