If the car is returned with a smoke scent, there will be a minimum of $250 charge to send it for smoke scent removal. This is a different/additional cleaning fee, separate from the cleaning fee for returning the car dirty or unwashed. Please have the car professionally hand washed before return or you can pay a $35 fee. IF you wash it before return, you MUST provide documentation/receipt of paid wash. No pet in the car, ⛔️NO SMOKING ($250 fine) ⛔️NO PET HAIR ($150 fine) ‼️ FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF ANY! Please return the car with BATTERY % as you received it (give or take 15%). If you return the car with 15% less than the initial charge, then you will be charged a $65 fee. If you do not want to worry about charging the car before returning it, you have the option in "extras" to pay $45 in advance. If the car is returned with less than 70 miles, then you will be charged a $85 fee and if the car is returned with so few miles left that it won't be able to make it to a supercharger station, the renter will have to pay for the towing fee. You will be charged an additional day if the car is not there at the returned hour unless we have agreed otherwise. 🔌CHARGING QUESTIONS❓ ✔️ Mobile charge kit 110/220v. $20/ Trip ✔️ Tesla SUPERCHARGING ~Renter must pay per use for the supercharging costs and it will be billed to you at the rental end. SUPERCHARGING - You can have charged at any of Tesla's supercharging stations. However, recently, Tesla has imposed Supercharger Idle Fee. After the car is fully charged at a Tesla Supercharge station, it will incur an idle fee. If the car is moved within 5 minutes, the fee is waived. Idle fee applies when a Supercharger station is at least 50% full, and double when the station is 100% full. The idle fee rate is $0.50 per minute ($1.00 per minute when the Supercharging station is 100% full). As such, please be mindful about the time when you leave the car for restroom rest while the car is being charged. Keep track of the charging and remove the car once the car is fully charged. You are responsible for the idle fees accrued on your trip; reimbursement will be requested. For toll road charges, After your trip has ended, we will check for toll and fast track and submit a reimbursement request through Turo for the toll charges that this car has accrued while in your possession. Please make sure to plan your trip accordingly and know where you’ll need to charge. Tesla charging stations are a convenient way to use and power up the battery.
