Such a great host! Very helpful either way directions and having the car ready. And the car is brand new and immaculate! So easy to drive with great gas mileage. I travel to oc often for work and I’ll definitely use this car again. Thank you!

Car was clean and nice to drive. Pick-up and drop off process was easy. Was a little frustrated that it was a “no drop off fee” rental when booking only to find out that we could have to pay up to $40 to get the car out of the lot. Would’ve preferred full transparency with that before hand and had the car dropped off as close to the pick up time as possible rather than the night before, like it was, even after asking to have it delivered as close to the reservation time to minimize the additional fees. We were required to pay an additional $30 upon pick up, which was not ideal. Otherwise, the experience was overall positive and it was a great car to drive and use.
