Why should you rent with me? 5 Star Host / All Star Host I will not cancel a trip I wash and clean cars after all trips. NO SMOKING ANYTHING PLEASE $200 FINE Please refuel Please remove trash and vacuum if overly dirty Please no Pets unless you add Pets extra. No Smoking under any circumstances. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $200 fee. Even the smell. Curb Rash on any of the rims will result in a $150 fee. Any stains or excessive mess in the vehicle will result in a $200 detail fee. • NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND OUR VEHICLE!!! This vehicle is a non-smoking vehicle. Any smoke in the vehicle violates the terms of your rental agreement and a minimum cleaning charge of $50.00 will be assessed and charged to your Turo account by Turo. Any smoking damage or evidence warrants a fee of up to $250.00 as determined by Turo. Please help me keep this vehicle in great condition for all future renters by not smoking in this vehicle. • Mileage Allowance is controlled by TURO and is firm. We cannot provide additional miles included in the standard rental price. Overage miles will be invoiced for the overage on miles via Turo's guidelines as listed on the pricing for this vehicle, visible when you book. Email or message with any questions. • Tire repairs during your trip are the renter's responsibility Per TURO's policy, tire damage encountered during a trip is the responsibility of the renter. As such, I work hard to maintain my tires, all of my vehicles have high-quality tires on them in great condition. If you encounter a flat on your trip, please reach out and let me know. Change into the spare and get your car to the nearest Discount Tire. If I have a warranty on the tires you'll be responsible for the warranty fee to replace the tire if it is not repairable. • This is a used vehicle in well-cared for condition This is just a note about our vehicle here; this is my personal vehicle and while most of our vehicles are 5-10 years old, we work hard to keep the vehicle in great shape. We use great tires on our cars and change the oil with full synthetic fluids. When issues arise I get the car to my mechanic right away. I do my best to catch all known maintenance issues and address them right away, sometimes I miss if the previous renter didn't let me know about an issue. Guidelines As a reminder, we are a personal car share, not a car rental, so I ask you to please respect my Car, if it were your own, return the car in the same condition and follow our guidelines below. 1. Excess miles will be charged. 2. Please return the car on-time and in the correct location. (Turo charges $50 after 30mins ) If there are any issues please message me asap. 3. Smoking, pets, eating, are NOT allowed inside the car; minimum $200 cleaning fee, if there is any smoke smell, evidence of pets or other abuse detected upon return. 4.
