Sunroof just stopped working, embarrassing moment..

A piece of weatherstripping had slipped out of place, preventing the sunroof from closing completely. Was a quick / easy fix. Sorry that created a negative experience, next time please let us know sooner than at drop off! Always happy to assist customers if they advise of any issues during a trip.
