  Please understand this is a car sharing community instead of a rental company. We always provide you a clean car and we kindly ask you to rerun the same clean car back to us. If you return the car with dirty condition, it will appear on your profile which will make it more difficult to get a Turo car in future.   The additional must register a Turo account and get approval from Turo. Then you can email invite the additional driver. Please contact Turo support for more help.

• Can I get the car delivered to my hotel?

  Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver cars to any hotel location. Our cars are located 2.5 miles from airports.

• How do I get the car?

  Home location Our pick-up location is at 160 Kapalulu Pl, Honolulu, HI 96819. It's about 2.5 miles from Honolulu airport and there is no free shuttle to our location and Uber is always available which costs you $10 one way. The address is a parking lot and all our cars are located in the parking lot. The door will be unlocked and the key will be inside the lockbox, passcode will be provided.
