***Please read the following points carefully as this serves as our rental contract with you.*** CLEANING & REFUELING Please return the vehicle in the same condition it was received. This includes the same amount of gas, washed, vacuumed, etc. If you are returning the vehicle to our location, cleaning stations will be provided for you to clean the vehicle yourself at NO EXTRA COST. The cleaning fee Turo charges for vehicles that return dirty is currently $150. Please do not track SAND or MUD into the vehicle.The best way to avoid getting sand in the car is not to get in with wet / sandy swimsuits, towels, shoes, and hair. Most beaches on the island have a rinse-off station. Please take full advantage of these to minimize the amount of sand tracked into the vehicle. Please DO NOT get into the vehicle while wet. This leaves water marks on the seats as well as damp seats that make the car smell musty. Both of these things are difficult to remove and as such a cleaning fee shall be assessed. Do not eat or drink in the car. Spills and crumbs WILL attract ants and roaches as well as cause permanent stains. If the vehicle is brought back with spills, stains, or excessive crumbs, a cleaning fee shall be assessed. If the vehicle gets dirty during your trip, there are many car washes in Honolulu. One recommendation close to Waikiki is McKinley Car Wash located at: 1139 Kapiolani Boulevard, Honolulu, HI 96814. Please check their website or call regarding hours and pricing. DELIVERIES We are happy to deliver the vehicle to your location during business hours if you prefer. We will try our best to deliver the vehicle at the time you request, however, due to factors outside our control, all deliveries are subject to a 30-min delay during non-rush hour times, and up to 1-hour during rush hour times (between 8am-11am). Please take this into consideration when making your plans so as not to inconvenience your day. ALL DELIVERIES TO THE AIRPORT will include a shuttle from the airport to your vehicle and back the other way. Once you arrive, we will shuttle you from the airport to pick up your vehicle. This may be in the form of an Uber from the airport to our location. Upon completion of your trip, you will bring the vehicle to us, and we will shuttle you right to your gate. Due to Airport Restrictions, all Turo transactions are NOT allowed on Airport property. Guests and Hosts are at risk of fines if caught. Vehicles may be stolen or towed if left in the parking lot. All guests are responsible for fines, tows, parking fees or theft of vehicle if insistent on delivery/pickup from the airport. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Please CHECK IN AND OUT on the Turo app so Turo knows what time you picked up the vehicle and what time you returned it. Please upload photos of the interior and exterior of your own or Turo may not insure your end in case of any cleaning or damage claims. Turo may also charge you a late fee if both our checkout times are late. Do not checkout before the car is returned otherwise Turo will not cover you in case of an accident. You are responsible for all new damage to the vehicle (including tires and break-ins) while it is in your possession. Turo only insures the vehicle and any damage incurred during the rental period. Please make sure you show up at, and not before, the end of the trip time as we will not be able to check out on the app. If you need to adjust the time of your reservation, please make sure you do so via the “Modify Trip” button on your reservation. Turo charges late return fees so if you are running late for the end of your trip, extend the trip BEFORE the trip ends so you won't be charged the late fee and an additional usage fee. You CANNOT extend the trip once the time of return has passed or if there is another renter. If you are going to return earlier than the scheduled time you can modify the trip through the app by choosing “modify trip.” You will not be able to extend your trip if there is another trip booked during the period you are looking to extend through. SMOKING Absolutely NO SMOKING weed, cigarettes, or vaping in the vehicle. Any violation to this will incur a $250 charge. PETS NO PETS allowed unless service animals. To have your service animal accompany you on your trip, please provide the proper documentation for said animal. If an unauthorized animal enters the vehicle a pet fee of $250 will be charged without exception. Guests with service animals are still responsible to clean vehicle after the trip. Any pet hair left can trigger allergies for the next guest, and as such will assess a $150 cleaning fee. APPROVED DRIVERS ONLY Only an approved driver on the reservation can pick up and drop off the car. You must provide a valid non-expired driver's license with your picture when you pick up the vehicle. We will not release the vehicle if you do not have a valid driver's license. Passports, green cards, ID cards, temporary papers, and pictures of your driver's license will NOT be accepted. Exceptions can be made for foreign nationals on a case by case basis. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE Turo's number for roadside assistance is +1-844-746-1382 (towing, key lock outs, jump starts, and tire changes). For mechanical issues I may offer another car if available. If not, the trip will be ended and you will have to wait for the vehicle to be towed away. You cannot leave the vehicle unattended. OFF ROADING As per Turo’s policy- No off-roading (gravel roads, sand, mud, red dirt areas, etc). If there is evidence of the vehicle having been taken off-roading there will be a $150 cleaning fee assessed. PARKING We advise you to be cautious where you park due to ticketing and towing. Any ticketing and towing fees will be the sole responsibility of the primary driver of your trip. If you get towed, some tow yards require the owner to be present for the acquisition of the vehicle. If the vehicle is towed and is unable to be returned at the end of the trip in a timely manner, a late fee will be incurred. If you would like to park your vehicle on our lot in exchange for your Turo vehicle, you are welcome to do so. We charge a $50 per day fee for parking and security, and require you to leave your keys with the vehicle in case we need to move it for any reason.

Great experience! This was our first time using Turo. While the car we reserved was not available, they gave us multiple options for other vehicles available immediately. We picked one and were told the price would be adjusted accordingly (will update review if needed but I trust the manager). The Subaru we chose worked out well for us and when we got back at 8 pm on a Sunday night they had someone there to take us to the airport! Tons of communication from Turo to provide information. All the employees at Paradise Host were awesome!
