For those customers who did not opt to have their vehicles delivered, we do offer a complementary shuttle that runs between the airport and our staging area. M-F 9-5 Both pickup and return of the vehicle, must be done at my staging area unless, you have opted for delivery of the vehicle. Shuttling to and from the vehicle is available M-F 9am-5pm. Returning the vehicle can be done any day 24 hours using our key drop box . **** If you choose not to use our shuttling service, or arrive after hours, you may choose to use a Taxi or Uber to get to our staging area. Instructions on how to get into the vehicle will be sent via Turo messenger prior to your arrival. *** Shuttling is only available from Hilo International airport to our staging area . We do not offer any other locations at this time .
