Does the car need to be returned with full charge?
Car will be given with at least 80% charged. Car will need to be returned the same or above. The following is the charging fee assessed if not returned at same level. 0-20% charge - $50 21-50% charge - $20 50%-80% - $10
GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?
The factory GPS is built-in.
Do you offer car seats?
We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install carseat
Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. 5th time Renting from these guys , that says it all these guys are hands down the best place to rent a car all around . Quick pick up / drop off , fast service , excellent cars. What more can you ask for ?

Car was dented and steering shell destroyed. Left wallet in car for 15 min. Came back and they did return it but all cash was gone.

Car in bad condition, steering wheel peeling, host didn’t give guest access to Tesla app (which defeats half the purpose of having a Tesla, and was rude and unaccommodating when an alternative drop off point near the original one was required.

Hi Yash, We do not give app access because it will give you access to our entire fleet. We never advertised that we pickup from your hotel. Guest at the point abandons the vehicle at the hotel.
