Unprofessional The car came with bullet holds and I wasn’t aware until after I got the car Had to clean it myself The gas was low when i got the car as well just overall bad experience NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Funny what makes this funny is the guest that takes your car almost 4000 miles brings it back on empty and dirty and was charged for all those things leaves me a bad review !! I have photos and documentation to back everything up!!!

I got overcharged for gas the amount of gas and he made a false cleaning fee I washed the car before turning it in early and i have proof I'm never renting from this him again

Everything went fine for this trip. There was an issue where assisted a friend with a flat tire and it dragged out the trip I kept Justin informed of everything that was going on. Unfortunately I didn’t get it back in time and I was charged for a full day as a late fee. I also was charged for cleaning and smoking. Being charged $60 because of little things in the cup holder and because I didn’t get the car washed or vacuum the foot mats seems a little obsessive. As well as being charged $60 for smoking because of CBD flower pieces left in the cup holder. That doesn’t mean I was smoking because I wasn’t I’ve been renting from Turo for the last two years and I know the policy on smoking, but that’s how the app works I guess it’s to the owners discretion. I had no problem paying for overages that I ended up accumulating but almost $500 for renting one car for a day with no damages just dirt by the tire, late return (while communicating to the owner) and little things in the car that could have just been dumped or whipped out (remind you I was already running late). I have no problem with Justin he has always been a great person to rent cars from very flexible and understanding. I just feel in this instant my charges were obsessive.
