Okay so let me first and foremost say that Moshin was extremely polite, super accommodating, and helpful. I really appreciated his patience during my trip with his care. Because this review is about both the car and the owner of the car is why I am giving the rating of 3 stars. If I was able to rate the car separate from moshin id give mohín a 5 and the car a 1. Here is the positive about the car: the inside looks very chic. The vanilla colored interior with wood appliances in the car looks super cool. Cons about the car: the blinkers are extremely sensitive. The car takes both an electric charger and gas (which was not mentioned in the car profile ad). Story time, so since I had no clue the car was electric as I am driving the car I see a message saying the car was going to die so I panicked. Never used a car that’s electric before. I had no clue I had to download an app and do all that. Once I found a car charging station 3 freak outs, 2 car charging customer service calls, and 3 phone calls to moshin later I sat in the car for an hour while the car charged. Ps i had to tell Moshin to put in the car ad that the car is both gas and electric and I also suggested Moshin put into the ad that an app needs to be downloaded before charging the car. I also didn’t like the fact that setting up my phone to the car took about 30 minutes when I first got into the car. Along with that, my first introduction once I was on the road was I had to pay $18 at the airport since the car was parked there which I’m shocked that it was $18 (that’s expensive) so I basically spent almost $50 on the airport parking and gas and charging. At one point I one of my night stays I had to go charge the car at 11:30 at night in Miami and I found a car charging station that was 17 minutes away (because no other closer ones where around) and the charging station I went too did not work AND neither did the second charging station next to that one, so I had to drive to three charging stations before I texted Moshin that I am giving his car back to him not charged. This was a big mess. Moshin did offer to switch me cars for free but I said no because I would have only had that new rental for less then 24 hours so that seemed pointless to me. I also hated the gps on the car. I ended up using my phones gps because it was much more accurate. I understand that I drove the car and what not but honestly with the car and the drama and the parking I do think I should be refunded at minimum $150. Moshin told me next time I came out to Miami he can help me with a much better car but I will never be back out in Miami. Horrible tripe and tenting this car (which was supposed to make things easier for me) ended up being harder. Oh and at one point after I sat for an hour and a half while the car charged, I only drove the car for about 30 to 40 more minutes afterwords and the car was already halfway with the charging so the electric batter on the car dies quick which costed me more money. I’d drive it for 30 minutes and Id have to charge it again for an hour. I hated this car so much. Next time I am sticking with what I know which is Honda, wvs, and Audi. This car made myself so much more difficult. Ugh. Although Moshin forgot to put certain info in his profile which would had made things easier he himself as a person was kind and patient which I appreciate.
