Upon arrival to the car I quickly noticed the numerous amounts of damages to the exterior body of the car. The pictures on the rental are all outdated and show no current state of the car for what it truly is at all. I made sure to document all damages prior. Then when entering the vehicle I was welcomed with a very strong aroma of smoke, maybe cigarette or marijuana. I tried to use air fresheners but only to find it made the smell worse. The check engine light was on the entire trip which caused a bit of worry even after Morad said it’s nothing since we had a long drive. The rear right tire was low upon arrival at 29psi so I took it to fill a bit. However throughout my trip I had to refill the same tire three more times. I found trash and other items of previous renters inside the vehicle as well. As far as getting from point A to point B we managed with the vehicle, since we had a wedding to get to, I had no time to cancel and rebook another car. The vehicle just did not seem to be ready for us at all.

The host himself wasn’t bad, he was nice,the car was just not good to me. I was supposed to get a different car but it wasn’t returned in time I guess and he gave me this one for the same price. Door handle is partially missing. The car stunk inside so bad it made my head and stomach hurt and also had my 4 year old in the car. No amount of air would get it out. He said I could switch it out before my trip is over but responded the day of it being returned. The car was dirty inside and out. I was just very disappointed that car is even being rented out. I didn’t get a chance to upload my own photos to show. Can’t upload that smell tho🤮

Really fast communication && Easy pick up . Needed a last minute rental for my grandpas funeral and he allowed me to pick it up earlier then booked
