The pick up was uncomplicated and the car was clean and as described. At pick up, the car had a low tire alert but the owner explained that he had checked the tires and it was just a problem with the sensor. He was a bit slow to answer my messages prior to my start date. In my previous Turo experiences owners typically answer within a day, but Saroj's initial response was two weeks after I made the reservation. The price advertised in the listing showed a discounted rate ($36/day marked out and discounted rate of $33 was shown); but when I completed the reservation, I was charged the original price, not the discount. The owner told me to contact Turo, and Turo told me they could not do anything about the rate, so I ate the extra $15 and kept my reservation. . I have used TURO several times with ease and with no problems, so these issues are not typical. Communication after my start date was satisfactory. The car had a broken front bumper which popped out on both sides when the car shook at 60 mph. It was drivable for my purposes. but I advised the owner that something is wrong in the front end. Owner offered to switch out the car for me, but I chose to just keep it since the majority of my driving was already done. Within the hour before my drop off time, the owner messaged me to ask if I could drop the car in a different location/neighboring town. I was unable to accommodate his request. as I had arranged for transportation from the original location. The next renter of this car should ensure that front end issue and loose bumper have been addressed properly before reserving.

there were problems with the car during the rental process, but the owner was in touch and quickly solved the problem. 5 for quick problem resolution
