  • How to extend or shorten my trip?

    Log onto Turo.com or to the Turo mobile app. Open your Trips tab. Click or tap “Booked.” Select the trip you’d like to change. Select the “Change trip” button at the top right of the screen. Choose “Change trip length.” Enter your new start or end time and write a message to your host. Submit your request.

  • How to use the Bluetooth feature with my phone?

    Select SETTINGS from the Home screen.Select DEVICES. Select BLUETOOTH® and turn setting ON. Select ADD NEW DEVICE. Using your device with Bluetooth® turned on, perform a search for the Bluetooth® device (peripheral device) and select MAZDA from list. If the features are compatible with Mazda’s system, all contact, SMS functions, SMS, MMS messages for the device will download automatically. A download permission operation may be required on some devices. Make sure you always allow and accept these messages.

  • How to start the car?

    Remember Key Fob. Make sure the key fob is inside the vehicle with you. Step on the Brake. Step on and hold the brakes. Push the "Push to Start/Stop"Button Push the "Push to Start/Stop" button while foot remains on the brakes until engine has fully ignited.

  • Can I travel to a different state in your car?

    No. 👎🏾

  • Can I travel anywhere in the state of Florida?

    Yes. 👍🏾

  • To rent your car on Turo, where do I start?

    Before you start your adventure, you need to create an account.  You can get approved to drive before you book a car by going to your account page.  We run all guests through the approval process when they book a car to keep our platform safe for both hosts and guests.  Expect verification to take at least 24 hours. 

  • How to book a trip with your car?

    Once you select a car, you’ll see its full listing. Here, you can add the details of your trip and check out. On the listing page, you’ll see:   Trip dates Choose your trip’s start and end. Your trip’s cost is based on the trip length and other factors. Changing the start and end time might change the overall cost of your trip.  You can only book one car at a time. If you have already submitted a request for a set of dates, you can’t book a new trip that overlaps with any of those dates.    You can always arrange trip changes with your host later.  Pick up & return location This is where you pick up and drop off the car.  If your host offers delivery, you’ll be able to select it from the drop down menu.  Discounts We’ll let you know if your trip price has changed due to 7+ day or 30+ day discounts, or due to discounts for non-refundable trips. We’ll also show you any travel credit you may have. Cancellation policy  We offer free cancellation depending on how far in advance you’ve booked the trip to be considerate of both.  On the listing page, we’ll note when your free cancellation period ends.   You’ll see how long you have to cancel your trip for free based on our Cancellation policy. Distance included This tells you how many miles are included in your entire trip. We’ll also list how much you have to pay for any excess distance you drive. Insurance provided by You’ll see here whether the protection is provided by us or your host.
