Please no smoking/vaping or pets allowed. Any signs of smoking/vaping, sand, or pets will result in cleaning fees accordingly. Supercharging Fees All supercharging will be billed at the end of your trip. Supercharging just like filling gas in any other rental car. Supercharger Idle Fees The vehicle must be moved from the Supercharger stall once fully charged is reached. If supercharger idle fees are accumulated, they will be billed to you accordingly at the current per minute rate. The battery must never fall below 10% state. Battery damage can occur and you will be held liable. It's recommended to not charge above 90% charge because the car has regenerative braking which will not charge above battery capacity. Please kindly return our vehicle with at least 60-80% charge to avoid a surcharge. Thank you. Lost/Stolen Key Card replacements are $35 each and must be reported promptly. If the battery is depleted and/or the vehicle needs to be towed. There will be a $250 charge. The owner will need to come out and supervise the tow. Flatbeds are required to prevent damage by tow companies. If the mobile charger along with the cable and adapter are lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be held responsible for a replacement. Any driving/parking citations or toll fees are your responsibly. If the host is not notified immediately after your trip, an additional $50 administrative fee will be charged in addition to any late fees. The Model 3 is washed regularly. However, the car might be slight dusty from being outside. You may request the car to be newly washed. Please note, If you chose this option you must bring it back newly washed. When washing the car please use hand car wash locations. Machine car wash locations may result in damages to the vehicle. Which will be at the renter's expense for any damage repairs.

• How to enter the vehicle

  To open the door, push the thicker back area with your thumb and the handle will slide out.

• How to unlock the vehicle

  Keycard is used to open and start the car. To open/lock the car, place the keycard to the driver side door column, under the camera. See illustration on back of key card.

• How do I super charge?

  After locating a supercharger, reverse into an available location. Port is located on driver side rear tail light. Pull available charger plug and press the button to open charging port and plug in. Once charge is complete, please remove the plug by pressing/holding the button on the plug and removing the charger. • Where are superchargers located?

  All supercharger locations can be found by visiting https://www.tesla.com/supercharger or touch the navigation map and click on the lighting bolt icon that appears on the bottom right.

• How do I open the frunk?

  On the 15inch touch screen, press the frunk on the Model 3.

• How do I close the frunk?
