How do I handle toll roads?

For the toll roads in Orange County (73, 133, 241, and 261) there are no humans allowing you to pay, but you do NOT have to go to http://thetollroads.com and pay the toll, as I have the license plate tied to an account, so it is paid automatically. I just ask that you tell me at the end of your trip if you had any toll expenses, so that I can request reimbursement. This is better than paying the toll violation fee if the toll is unpaid within 7 days ($57.50), so I offer this as a service for you. There are no exclusive toll roads in San Diego County, but there is an express lane on Interstate 15, which you can go in for free if you are in a carpool (2 or more people in the car) but must have a transponder and pay when driving it alone. So don't use that when you are by yourself unless you want large fees for the violation.
