• What happens if I get a ticket on my trip?

  You’re responsible for paying the cost of tickets that result from illegal driving or improper parking. You do not have to pay tickets related to the car itself. You’re also responsible for all parking tickets and related fines received up to 24 hours after the trip ends. If your improper parking results in the car being towed and impounded, you’re responsible for all related costs.

• Is there smoking permitted in the car?

  NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.

• Will car come with activated toll pass

  Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all Miami toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000808347-Cleaning-policy

• How much Luggage will fit in the trunk?

  The 2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8 typically has enough space in its trunk to accommodate a couple of small to medium-sized suitcases or bags. It's suitable for carrying luggage for a weekend trip or a short excursion. If you have larger or bulkier items, you may need to use the front trunk (frunk) for additional storage, but keep in mind that the frunk space is relatively limited.

• Does gas need to be filled?

  Please note guests are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.

• How do I extend or modify my trip?

  Navigate to the "Trip Details Tab." Select "Modify Trip." Adjust the time, date, or location as needed. Await approval for the requested modification. Please be aware that, in most cases, modifications are approved as long as the vehicle remains available and there are no scheduling conflicts with other bookings.
