The host was very deceptive when renting this car
We were told our luggage would fit when it didnt,then was told we should have researched the car info,as well as told that we needed to keep.our end of the deal since he had done his by providing us a car. We ended up having to get taxi to get.our luggage to and from destination. There are Knicks and chips and even a piece of body missing on front driver side as well. Pictures are false. The trunk won't even fit a carryon and he does not tell u that. I asked to be switched and he wouldn't unless I paid for this car and another car
I would not recommend them,they r rude and customer service is horrible to say the least. I am applying for a full refund of all expenses,I should send them my bills paid to taxis and Uber rides as well!
