What should I select as my arrival / departure time if I will be availing valet service at an airport?

We track your flight information real time and schedule the valet service for the vehicle accordingly. Please select a pickup time that corresponds to when you expect to be available curbside for delivery of your vehicle. For example, if your flight is expected to arrive at DFW Airport at 11:15AM, you may choose to set the pickup time for your rental at 11:35AM if you had no baggage and perhaps 11:45AM if you need to collect baggage. We would correspondingly have the vehicle ready curbside at the appropriate terminal. For airport dropoffs, you can return the vehicle curbside at departures for the appropriate terminal. We do a 5-7 minute evaluation once you return the car. In certain cases where staff availability is limited, we may pre-park the vehicle in terminal parking for direct self-service by the guest. You will be notified in these cases and provided further instructions to remotely complete the checkout process. Some guests actually prefer self-service checkouts due to the rush of constant movement at the arrivals concourse area.

What are the fees associated with late pickups/returns?

Please be punctual with your expected pickup/dropoff times as indicated in your reservation. There is a 15 minute grace period for late pickups/dropoffs. Per Turo policies, a $50 charge will be applied per hour up to $200 if the car is returned late. We understand that in certain extenuating circumstances, late arrivals/dropoffs cannot be avoided. We encourage our guests to always communicate via messaging or by giving us a direct call. We will do our best to accommodate changes to the originally scheduled times. However, due to limited staff and potential subsequent bookings for the same vehicle, we cannot guarantee that your newly requested times will be honored. If you plan on making changes to your reservation, please provide at least 2 hours of lead time to increase the probability of having your request accepted.

What are the fuel requirements for this vehicle?

This vehicle accepts ONLY premium fuel (93 octane)! We request that you please keep all receipts for fuel purchases to be submitted at the end of your trip.
