Parking location is at the neighbor hood Park / Pool Upon your arrival, you will find the car parked. We will need 2 photos: 1) a selfie, holding your license next to your face with the car in the background 2) a photo of your driver’s license in order to prove identification. You can attach both of these photos in the Details tab in "Trip Photos" After that is complete, call or message us and we will unlock the car for you. If you have any questions feel free to call us.

Before you set foot on the road, please read the following ground rules to avoid any additional fees or violations for the duration of your trip. Thank you for your consideration. - NO SMOKING // NO VAPING. Cigarettes, Cigars, Marijuana, Vapes, E-Cigs, or smoking pens of any sort are simply NOT allowed in the vehicle. A $250 fee will be assessed if this rule is violated - We recommend not to eat in the vehicle. Spills, stains, and smells may penetrate the interior and you will be required to pay a cleaning fee of $150 plus a Turo 3% processing fee. - NO PETS. If returned with evidence of pet hair, pet smells or damage to the interior you will be assessed a $150 detailing fee. - Do NOT deplete the battery, overheat and/or ruin the engine by keeping the car on and running for long periods of time. Treat the car how you would treat your own. - Any parking tickets, toll fees, or citations received or made for the convenience or happening will be the responsibility of THE PRIMARY DRIVER OR DRIVERS. Please notify us of fees or citations as soon as they occur or before your trip ends and we will discuss the details on how to handle the situation. We want to accommodate you as best we can. - If an accident, or exterior/interior damage happened during the account of your trip, let us know in advance. We would appreciate the honesty and it will make the claims process a lot smoother and collaborative. The car needs to be returned in the same condition you received it. • How do I close the convertible?

  1. Bring the vehicle to a complete stop and make sure you switch the ignition on. We recommend that the vehicle remains running when you open the top to prevent draining the battery 2. Press and hold the convertible top control 3. When the convertible latch handle is within reach, make sure it is down and that you rotate it clockwise so the latch is in the fully opened position 4. Continue pressing the convertible top control until the windows lower completely, and the top unfolds and moves forward toward the windshield header 5. When the top lines up evenly with the windshield header, release the convertible top control The FINAL step when closing the convertible top is to lock the latch. To lock the latch on the convertible top: 1. Pull down on the latch handle and rotate it counter-clockwise to secure the convertible top. 2. After securing the convertible top fully, push the latch handle up into the stowed position to secure the latch.

• How do I open the convertible?

  You must first unlatch it from the windshield and then use the convertible top control (ignition must be on/It will not open if not stationary or traveling more than 3 mph). - Check the convertible top stowage compartment behind the rear seat to be sure it is EMPTY - Make sure the convertible top outer surface is FREE of debris. 1. Move the latch handle, above the interior mirror, down toward the windshield and rotate the handle clockwise to release the convertible top. 2. Press and hold the convertible top control on the overhead console, until the windows are completely down and the top stores COMPLETELY 3. Release the convertible top control NOTE: Opening the convertible top when the top material is wet may cause mold or mildew.
