This Kia is very efficient in fuel with an impressive 41 mpg on the highway! *Parking fees will be our Guests responsibility when entering a facility that requires you to pay a fee to enter or exit* We will always attempt to drop off the car closest to the reservation time to help limit the cost of parking, typically 1-2 hours in advance. In some cases, we will have to drop it off earlier, so it is ready for your arrival time. The cost of a 2-hour parking at John Wayne Airport is $4, typically the cost for most renters does not exceed $6-$10, the maximum cost it could run is $20 each for pick up & drop off.

If you need the vehicle “delivered to you” please enter the address in the Pick up and Return section of the booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request if at all possible. A $20 fee will be added to the reservation for the drop off & pick up within a 25 mile radius of Irvine. Please return the vehicle in the same condition (all vehicles are clean, washed and disinfected with every reservation) a $150 violation fee plus additional 3% processing fee if deemed as irresponsible or abusive behavior. Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid penalties and additional inconvenience fee of $10 Plus the cost to fill up the tank. Please no smoking in the vehicle. All cars on Turo are non-smoking vehicles. Turo prohibits guests, their passengers, and vehicle hosts from smoking in any car. This policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if this rule is violated, we appreciate you respecting the vehicle for our future guests. Please no pets allowed in the vehicle during the entirety of the reservation. If you use the fast track lanes or any toll roads, Please let me know during check out. Toll fees, parking citations will be renter's responsibility to pay. Lastly, let's keep our drive within U.S. grounds, please NO international trips for this vehicle. Who pays for bridge or toll roads?
Guests are responsible for paying any bridge or road tolls, including tolls incurred while using our transponder device. If you fail to pay a toll within the allotted timeframe, you may be responsible for escalated charges. If you incur toll charges while on a trip, notify us as soon as possible. I have 90 days after a trip ends to send you an invoice for toll costs. Transponder number 10300052869165
Can I extend my trip?
If you need more time for your trip, notify the me and request and extension. In the app, tap "Change trip" to submit your request. If the request is denied, it is highly possible I already committed to another reservation.
Who pays for parking fees?
Parking fees will be our Guests responsibility when entering a facility that requires you to pay a fee to enter or exit. The maximum drop off time will be 30 minutes to an hour to limit the cost of the parking fee.
Can someone else drive the car?
If you want someone to help you with the driving, you'll need to add them as an additional driver. Secondary 1. have an account and be approved to drive on Turo 2. access the vehicle only with primary driver present 3. drive only with the primary driver present
What should I do if I get a flat tire?
If you get a flat tire, call for roadside assistance. In the US, call 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security]. Once you’ve arranged for help, call me. If the tire is repairable, it might be best to do so. If there’s sidewall damage or the tire isn’t repairable, get my go signal to replace the tire with one of equal or greater quality. Pay for the cost of the tire at full price, regardless of tire use before the incident. You’re not responsible for replacing any of the non-damaged tires.
What to do if you get into an accident?
-The Turo insurance card is located in the glove box -Call Turo at 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security] for 24/7 customer support -Please report all accidents to Turo as soon as possible. Always obtain the following information of each driver, passenger, and witness (name, address, phone number, name of insurance company and policy from the vehicles involved) -Take pictures or videos of the damage
