~Premium Gas ~No Smoking, drugs, or any type of marijuana smells are allowed in the car. If there are any lingering smells, we will report them to Turo and charge in excess $150 for detail and cleaning services. ~Please do not use gas station car washes, UNLESS they are completely touchless. ~No pets allowed, a $150 cleaning fee assessed if there are any signs that a pet was in the car.

• I was towed/ticketed what do I do?

  If you receive any tickets or were towed, please let me know. You are responsible for all tickets and any excessive charges and damages that were caused by the tow truck.

• Do I have to return the car with a full tank?

  Car will usually come with a full tank. Please return it at the same fuel level. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when picked up, as per Turo policy. If not, there will be a fuel charge + $10 inconvenience fee.

• Does the car have access to toll roads?

  Car is registered with toll roads that are accessible across all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.

• Do I have to clean the car when I return it?

  *Customers are not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will notify Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning fee of $150 and possible consequences.

• Can I smoke in the car?
