Significant cleaning, including spills, smells, and smoke, will incur an additional cleaning fee. Please be mindful of the vehicle’s charge and do not allow the car to fall below 30 miles of range. If the vehicle falls below 30 miles of range, you may be responsible for the cost of towing the vehicle to a charging location. Recharging fees apply to vehicles returned under 80% of range. If you choose to use a Tesla Supercharging station, simply back in to the spot, plug in and the charging will be billed to our business account. A charging cable is included in the trunk if you would like to charge the vehicle at a residence. Please ensure the charging cord is returned with the vehicle or you will be charged for a replacement. All supercharging costs accrued during the trip will be added to a post-trip invoice that will be sent after your trip ends. Other branded EV chargers will typically require payment up-front. Please do not lose your Tesla Key card. If lost, a replacement card will incur a replacement fee.

How do I charge the car?
Supercharging is billed directly to our business account. You’ll receive an invoice for any supercharging fees a few days after your trip ends. If you choose to charge at another branded EV charger, you will typically be required to pay out of pocket. Please note, idle charging penalties will be added to your invoice, regardless of prepaid charging extras. Please DO NOT let the vehicle remain on the supercharger after charging is complete to avoid penalty fees. To find superchargers in your area, type SUPERCHARGER on the location screen in the vehicle. Each car is also equipped with an adapter that works on most EV Charging stations.

The pick up and even the drop off was very easy and fast. No waiting in a long line like at the rental car places.
The car was great except for the fact that other renters don’t take care of things so there is damage, dings and scratches. When I picked it up it had only 51% charge. That sucked.
The car itself drove great. I got a low tire notification and took it to discount to get air and the tread on the drivers front tire is gone.
Make sure you get the adapter for home charging as the battery doesn’t last the greatest but the charging never took too long.
The price was decent considering the car issues as it is a 2020.
I would rent again from aura though.

Clean car. Excellent customer service. I accidentally left my garage opener, and they were able to remote unlock the door for me the next day so I could retrieve it, no fuss about it either. I will be renting from Aura again.

This was the most disappointing rental experience i ever had.I wanted to try an electric vehicle but we have so much troubles with it…
first the battery ran out very fast, and i had to charge it constantly.
second i had to change the bad tire which was hazardous to drive they supposed to provided me replacement car. Apparently they don’t inspect their vehicles thoroughly before renting.
third. The keys was inside the armrest not in the Dropbox.
Meanwhile, the host said the keys supposed to be in the dropbox I could not find a dropbox, nor the people who worked there when I got the car told me where it was, overall I cannot give more than two or three stars because the car was very noisy. I don’t know if it wasn’t tires or the car it’s self, but it wasn’t fun to drive it.
