The booked vehicle was very dirty. I called the host as he wasn't there to meet with me. He offered another vehicle, which is a bit less dirty. I opened the trunk and there were even more junk in there. This is my first experience with Turo and the process of cancellation was over 1.5 hours. Sergio swapped the car without authorization from Turo. He tried to tell me that he is giving me a better car. I would not rent from Sergio again as he clearly doesn't ensure that the cars are in good condition. He tried to make it sound like it my fault for renting a cheap rate as if it is ok for the host to rent me a dirty car due to the lower rate. I had to scramble and find another car and was late to my appointment. Other renters, beware of this host.

Terrible guest. He asked to pick up the car early and return it late, he complained about the car, gave him a different one, newer same price to make him happy, he took the car after agreeing and then canceled. Hosts, stay far away from this guest. It's the first time on Turo in 5 years that I have to give someone a 1 star review. People like this make hosts think twice about renting out their cars. It's truly a shame because Turo is so good, guests like this give it a bad name.

Sergio was fantastic! Easy no contact pick up and drop-off! Easy to communicate with! I would definitely 100% recommend! I will definitely keep him in mind when I come down to get warm!
