The car is parked at Mabley Place Garage on 410 Race St, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Look for the red and white Turo signs located on Level A (3rd Floor). Once you are done with your trip, please enter the garage by using the access card inside the vehicle. You will need to use the garage access card to get back in. Please return to any parking spot with Turo Signage or you will be charged for incorrectly parking the vehicle. Please also return the access card back where you found it or you will be charged $100.00 for a replacement access card. If you can't find the car and can't reach me, call Turo Support via the mobile app and they can help to provide the exact location of the car. You'll find the key and garage access card located in the center console between the front seats. The car key and garage access key card must be placed back in the same location as you found it and the vehicle must be locked remotely from your Turo App after your trip ends. My car is set up for automated toll crossing using my license plate number so feel free to use the EZPass lane. You will be charged post-trip after the bill is received for any tolls incurred during your trip. If you need to leave your vehicle at Mabley Place Garage during your trip, you will need to park it in a non-reserved space and pay the daily rate. Parking is NOT free and you cannot use the garage access key card to get in or out unless you are driving the vehicle you rented through Turo and LazCo Rentals.
