I don’t much basis for comparison as I’ve only rented a couple of times from Turo but it seems like Ndidi set the bar really high for friendliness and flexibility. There was a slight hiccup with Turo cancelling the reservation and Ndidi went out of their way to ensure that the reservation could go through. Exceptionally communicative and friendly thoughout!
The car itself is a blast. Fun up drive and the drop top is a dream driving around central California. I had several people compliment the car during my stint with it and had to keep telling them it wasn’t mine. Highly recommend the vehicle and owner for future rentals.
