Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return, no problem. The standard charge is $10 inconvenient fee + the cost of gas. *** Late Return *** If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard. Or message me on Turo to see whether the car is OK for a slightly late return. (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods) Any late return without mutual consent would lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations. ***Accident and Unexpected Issue*** --For accident, collision and other: If there's human body injuries, call 911.
