Your rental vehicle will be parked at our dealership Autos Only Burien. We will upload a photo of your vehicle and its parked location in trip photos in the Turo app. Verify the vehicle you have rented by matching the license plate number. We will provide you with a lock box code after verifying your driver’s license through the Turo App an hour before your trip begins. Look for a lock box hanging on one of the vehicle windows. Enter the code and push down the unlock button to retrieve the vehicle keys. Re-enter the code to lock the box and make sure to place it inside the vehicle. If the code does not work, push down on the black button near the bottom of the lock box to reset the keypad then re-enter the code. The Turo app will prompt you to complete the vehicle check-in process. You must complete this before starting your trip. Contact us by text in the app, call us, or ask for the Turo rental Rep with any questions or concerns and we will assist you. Enjoy your trip!

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we kindly request you to follow these guidelines during your rental: Cleanliness: Return the vehicle in the same clean condition that it was delivered to you. You can run it through the Elephant car wash down the street. Otherwise, we only charge a $20 cleaning fee. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in our vehicles to prevent potential allergies and keep the interiors clean for everyone. Pet cleaning fees are $70. Smoking: Please do not smoke or vape in our vehicles as it is very difficult to remove the smell. A $175 deodorizing fee will apply. Driving Responsibly: Drive responsibly and obey all traffic laws and speed limits. Avoid aggressive driving to ensure everyone's safety. Fuel: Return the vehicle with a full tank of gas or at the same level it was delivered to you unless Prepaid Fuel was purchased. There is a gas station conveniently located across the street from us. If you are in a rush, we charge a $10 service fee plus fuel cost to refuel the vehicle. This applies to Electric Vehicles also. Emergency Assistance: If you encounter any vehicle issues or emergencies during your trip, contact us or Turo's roadside assistance immediately. • Can I keep my vehicle longer than my booking time frame?

  We can accommodate your request if there is not a booking on your vehicle by another renter during the same time frame. Also, we typically stock additional rentals for these situations and will help create another booking for you on another one of our rental cars. We can exchange the vehicle at our location or have the vehicle delivered to you for your convenience.

• Can I have someone else drive the rental car?

  Any other drivers of our rental cars need to be added to your Turo booking. However, the primary driver must be the one to take delivery of the rental vehicle.

• Are the vehicles equipped with GPS?

  Yes. Our vehicles are equipped with GPS. We will use the data to retrieve our vehicles if they are not returned at the end of the rental period.

• Can I smoke or vape in my rental vehicle?

  We absolutely do not allow this. Many customers are allergic to the smell of smoke, and it is very difficult to eliminate the odor. You will be charged a $175 deodorizing fee for smoking or vaping in our vehicles. We care about your rental experience but also the experience of other renters also.

• Can I drive in the Toll lanes?

  Yes! All our vehicles have a GoodToGo pass. The pass is located below the rearview mirror and has a slider for Toll or HOV. Slide the pass to HOV if you meet the vehicle occupancy requirement and you will not be charged to drive in the toll lanes. Slide it over to Toll if you don't meet the requirement and you will be billed through Turo after your reservation ends.

• Can I rent your vehicle if I do not currently have my own insurance?

  If you are allowed to open an account with Turo and follow their registration process, you can book your rental with us. Turo will offer car rental insurance with their reservations, and you can take advantage of that.

• Can I take the rental car into Canada, Mexico or out of state?

  NO. You can drive your vehicle anywhere in the United States, but we do not allow our rental vehicles to be taken out of the country into Canada or Mexico.

• Can I rent your vehicle if I am under 21 years old at the time of my rental booking?

  Yes. Most of our vehicles qualify for drivers under 21 years old.

• Can I return the vehicle dirty?

  Yes. You can return the vehicle without cleaning the vehicle, but you will be charged additional fees at the end of your trip for any heavy stain removal, excessive dirt, abuse or pet hair.

• Can I return the vehicle without filling the gas tank to its original level?

  You can return the vehicle without filling up the gas tank but you will be charged a $10 service fee plus the cost of gas, or you can prepay for a full tank under the Extras in the Turo App. For Electric Vehicles TURO automatically calculates a $10 convenience fee plus a recharging fee scale according to the battery difference of: 0-10%=Free, 11-30%= $5, 31-60%=$15, 61-80%=$20, 81-100%=$25. Or you can purchase Prepaid Charging for $20.

• Who pays for the Airport Delivery parking fees?

  Guests are responsible for the Parking Fee only during pick up when they choose the Airport Delivery option. Parking rates are $8/hour up to $37/day which means the airport considers 4.65 hours a full day. We do our best to keep this fee as low as possible but it is dependent on your pick up time and the availability of our drivers. Vehicles with pickup time before 10 AM will be dropped off the night before and will incur a full day of parking. This is NOT included in the delivery fee.
