The car lacked proper maintenance, no car wash, no washer fluid, rearview camera did not work, radio glitches and at times doesn’t work at all. There seem to be underlying issues with the car and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

This client is submitting a False review ,due to a damage claim filed for severe damages done by them. Tampa Maserati has the vehicle maintenance up to date .Turo require us to deliver the car clean and disinfected(Turo verified) she did not return it the same way. There is nothing wrong with the radio. In fact she tried to rebook but did not have enough funds to cover the reservation. Why want to rebook if you have a bad experience? This client seemed unstable. Returned vehicle 2 hours late.

The car was fine, and we messaged back and forth. I didn’t feel comfortable with someone coming to collect the vehicle that wasn’t mention prior to. Just would’ve been nice to know a man was coming as I’m a woman. Also there seems to be a false claim that appeared after the walk through was successful.

We did mention to this client that my husband Andrew was meeting with them prior to reservation date and conversation is documented through Turo and client response was (Ok thats perfect). Your concern of being a woman is understandable, but we were only in contact with your fiance from beginning to end which he is a man. So we are confused. Claim was approved through Turo for all severe damages done to vehicle. Everything is documented through Turo, Turo will not approve a false claim.
