Easy to pickup in downtown location close to China Town, Union Station, and Gallery Place Metro/Judiciary Square. Vehicle will be parked in PMI parking garage less than .5 miles from both Judiciary Square and Gallery Place Metro if you chose the DC location. Car will be available in Bowie, MD in a safe, convenient, and easy to access area close to Six Flags if you chose the Bowie location.

FAQ
How do I start a charging session at an Electrify America charger if I am not a member?
As a guest (without an Electrify America account), you can pay by credit card. Every Electrify America charger is equipped with a credit card reader, to make charging easily available and accessible to all EV drivers. First, plug the connector into the vehicle. Follow all steps on the touchscreen before entering a Visa or MasterCard credit card for payment. If your card has a chip, please insert it fully into the reader. A temporary authorization of $50 will be applied to all credit or debit cards, and will be released after final billing takes place. The duration of this hold is determined by your card provider. How do I find an Electrify America charger?
Use the search bar on the screen and type Electrify America to find charger close by and navigate to them.
What is an idle fee?
Drivers who do not unplug and move their vehicle ten minutes after their charging session is complete will be charged a $0.40 per-minute idle fee. This fee encourages drivers to move their car promptly so that others can use the charger. You can be notified when your charging session is complete by text message 2 or see it on the charger screen
Where can I charge vehicle?
The vehicle can be charged at Electrify America, Chargepoint, Volta, or EVGo charging stations. Electrify America does not require the app or account.
Can I eat, drink and/or smoke in the vehicle?
Please refrain from all of the above mentioned activities to ensure a quality experience for future renters.
Can I charge at a Tesla supercharger?
Yes you can. However, there are very few chargers across the US available to non-Teslas at this point as this is still a pilot program. You will need to follow the instructions included on Tesla's website found below. https://www.tesla.com/en_eu/support/non-tesla-supercharging
