Its my first time rental from Turo and Ravi helped me with everything needs to be known. Very nice car . I highly recommend Ravi for your future rentals

Ravi’s car was very clean, AC worked great, had no issues with the car itself. I was however disappointed with the pick up and return. We had paid the extra fee for this but Ravi had other cars so he asked if we could drop him back off at his house after the pick up. We did however the trip began for us when he left his house to pick us up. At the return, we asked for us to do the same thing but he was not available at our return time so we ended up losing 2 hours off our rental AND having to pay the mileage to drive 22mi each way (so 66 mi total - him to us, us to him and us to him for return) AND paying the actual pick up and return fee. No partial compensation was offered for us going through the hassle. We would’ve picked another car that could actually do the pick up and return had we have known it was such a headache.

Ravi is a great host and has excellent collection of cars under his Turo profile. I picked the Mercedes for a business meeting under business class offering. The car is in great shape and drives great. Car is zippy, comfortable, looks professional and fully loaded. Would love to rent from Ravi again for my future needs.

I rented Ravi’s Mercedes Benz for my trip to Austin for SXSW. The car was in immaculate condition. I had a travel delay altering my pick up time and Ravi was more than accommodating. When it came to dropping off the vehicle the process was simple and quick. Ravi went the extra mile by offering a ride back to my air b&b, instead of taking an Uber. All in all, I highly recommend renting from Ravi. If ever in Austin, I will definitely be renting from Ravi again.
