This was a replacement car that Rob, let us use as the original car we rented had battery issues.
Rob was able to get us into this car last minute so that we could take a trip to Waco. However, on our trip to Waco the check oil light came on. We had to stop on our way home to validate that the oil level was drivable. Rob did mention that he had just had the oil pan replaced so maybe there was a sensor that was not reset. The car seemed to drive fine other than that.

So, just to be clear, nothing was wrong with the car and it was performing exactly as advertised after the previous guest cracked the oil pan and it was fully repaired. I told you before taking the car this was the case and any the light would go off on its own, which it did. So what is the issue here?

Rob and Sean were so helpful and great during this trip. They really made the whole process smooth (especially since this was my first Turo experience). When we come back to Austin, I’m 100% booking with Rob again.

Terrible car was dirty and had to put oil in before I could leave town.Never ever use again. I would give zero stars if possible .

Another retaliatory review from a renter after being charged a late fee. Mike selected a 2am return and I stayed up late waiting for the car as I had another rental. Mike didn't bring the car back until around 3am and left his review after being charged a late fee from Turo. As for the oil? No oil lights on before or after his trip, and Mike took it upon himself to buy cheap oil and put it in. As for "terrible car" it has 38 trips & a 4.83 rating after this 1-star, so plenty of people disagree.
