Zachary’s communication was great, and I wish I could give the trip a better rating. But I was caught of guard by the car having a bad cigarette smell, I had to drive coworkers and friends around in it and everyone commented on it. To his credit he offered to come try to treat it while the car was with me for the week, however I learned the smell had been there since November so I felt it was unlikely something that had already been tried was going to solve it in top of being sort of inconvenient. Had I known before hand, I would have opted not to book this one.
