Guidelines /information for this vehicle are as follows: DELIVERY: While I offer free delivery to the Denver International Airport the parking cost will be paid for by you. The vehicle will be dropped off at a secured offsite airport parking lot called The Parking Spot that requires a 10 minute free shuttle ride from the Denver International Airport directly to the vehicle. Convenient and easy pickup location at The Parking Spot. Free shuttle 10-15 minutes wait time, driver will drop you off right by the car. Parking cost is $24.00 and is all that needs to be paid for and covers both pickup and drop-off parking fee’s. Parking invoice will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival. Change requests must be made before you can drop off at a different location. For Airport deliveries return is set at the Parking Spot only. Recommended getting to The Parking Spot at least 2 hours before flight for unexpected delays. CLEANING/CONDITION: You will receive checkout instructions 24 hours before the end of your trip regarding cleaning information and return instructions. A basic car wash, vacuum and wipe down is covered by me. Please return the vehicle in as close to the original condition it was received ready to be rented. If the vehicle is returned unsatisfactory, Turo charges $150 cleaning fee for excessive dirtiness. Also, expect to receive a negative review. You are responsible for the cost of smoke removal which is $150. If approved a $100 pet fee can be added once I have approved. Please be aware that if you have a unauthorized pet in this vehicle there will be a $150 fine. We can all be spirited drivers but excessive speeding is dangerous and strictly prohibited by Turo. FUEL: Return the vehicle at the same gas level as when you received it otherwise there will be a $10 charge + cost of fuel. DAMAGES: You are responsible for any new damage, dent, scrape scratch, or ding greater than 3 inches in length to the exterior or interior of the vehicle during your rental period. Standard Turo claims procedures apply. TIRES: Tires must be fixed or replaced via Turo Roadside Assistance Program (Expensive) prior to return or you may use your own roadside assistance (Cheaper). All Tires have a warranty with any Discount Tire location and can be repaired for free or replaced for a small fee under $60.00. Use equipment bags or select Gear rack to add included ski rack. DRIVERS: Second drivers must have a verified account before being added to the reservation. Only Turo-verified approved drivers are covered by Liberty Mutual Insurance. Any anticipated drivers must be added to the reservation to be covered for damages to avoid out-of-pocket expenses. Additional drivers may not pick up or drop off vehicles. TRIP EXTENSIONS/CHANGES: Modify your trip through the “Trip Details Tab.” Changes will be automatically approved if the vehicle is available. LATE RETURNS: Late returns will always be reported for insurance purposes. Subject to a late fee. I am unable to waive any late charges due to Turo policy. Please plan accordingly or update your trip end time to avoid fee’s. TICKETS: Parking and citation tickets will be the renter's financial responsibility. TOLLS: Equipped with a toll pass transponder #7068287 for discounted rates. Invoices for reimbursement will be sent after trip ends. I send invoices after the current month ends. KEYS: Lost, stolen or damaged keys such as keys that are no longer being detected in the vehicle which means that you got the key wet (It is not a battery issue). We are not responsible for damaged keys. OFF-ROADING: Is strictly prohibited by Turo and could lead to account termination and penalties. LOST ITEMS: Please try to collect all belongings. Fee to return items: price of shipping + $2 (covers materials and time and travel to USPS) Shipping service USPS Ground Advantage. Payment via Zelle to cover shipping costs.
