This has been the worst experience renting the car - the check out was half hour late, I got a dirty car that smelled like pot and though the owner exchanged the car per my request, I was behind on my trip plans and ultimately had to cancel it. The owner also refused to reimburse me for the inconvenience.

Check in and ours are completely remotely so not sure what your referencing it’s check out being 30 mins late. It’s not in person and we did not meet. The guest was very unprofessional and did not understand how car sharing works. I would recommend fully understanding the process so you can have a better experience. Also, if there is an issue with the vehicle it’s best to mention it at the time of pick up versus driving off with the vehicle and then bringing it up. Not a great experience.

Very courteous and always available. I was in a hit and run and they were so professional and calm while I was very much out of my depth. Would rent from them anytime.
