FAQ
Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of 89 premium or above unleaded gas. Please return it at same gas level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?
No. Some vehicles may require Apple CarPlay®/Android Auto. Either through bluetooth or USB.

Anthony was great! When we arrived at the car, the app malfunctioned, so we could not unlock the Mini. Our host responded to a message in less than a minute. He unlocked the car, and we began our trip. The car was very clean, comfortable, and drove smoothly. It was a fun drive. I rented it because I love the movie Italian Job!
