Located a short 2 minute walk east of Renfrew Skytrain station. The car will be parked by the Flo charging station. Please let us know if you’ll be driving your own car here and we’ll reserve an extra parking spot for your car.

• How does access to the Tesla app work?

  Upon request, guests will receive a link to access the Tesla app on the day of their Tesla pickup. A key card will also be provided to our guests for convenience.

• How does the billing for Supercharging work?

  At Tesla Superchargers, without any additional charges, the costs are passed on directly to our guests after the trip ends. This is billed via Turo. Supercharging is competitively priced and typically costs a bit less than refuelling a fuel-efficient hybrid vehicle. Please note that idle fees are not covered. Idle fees only begin when the Tesla stays plugged in 5 minutes after it finishes charging.

• How do I return the car at the airport?

  To return the car, you're welcome to park it at the Parkade at the YVR airport, then complete the trip. —— You'll find your way back to the airport with plenty of signs guiding you to Parkade. Follow them into the parking lot where a machine will give you a green token to let you in. Feel free to park anywhere there. Take your time and don’t worry about parking fees—it’ll be covered by us on our way out. If we’re not there at the airport, we’ll remotely lock the car and we’ll take care of retrieving the car after. We appreciate you for choosing our service.

• How does Deliver to my Location work?

  On the day 30 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time, we will share our location through the Turo app, and drive to the address that you set. Our Transporter will arrive between 10 minutes early, to right on time.

• For airport meetups, how do I pickup the car?

  On the day, a Transporter will be at the YVR airport 20 minutes before your pick-up time. Prior to your arrival date, we will confirm if you’re flying Domestic or International. The Transporter will wait patiently near the respective airport exit. Once you arrive, they will help guide you to your car at the YVR Parkade. Carview covers the parking fee for you on your way out.
