This is our physical location open 10AM - 6PM, 7 days a week with a full time receptionist available to physically hand you the keys. After hours self-pickup and drop-off are also available.

Any evidence of either is subject to a professional detailing fee. 👮‍♀️ Tickets and Tolls can be paid to me directly when you return the car, otherwise they will be reimbursed through the Turo app with a $25 processing fee. 🔌Please do not charge over 90% as this degrades the battery. For the most part, you won't have to worry about this. The system restricts the charge to 90% but this can be adjusted manually. I keep the car quite clean and would greatly appreciate it if was returned in similar or the same condition. Having said that, please try and keep eating/drinking in the car to a minimum.

• How far are we from YVR Airport?

  The default pickup location for the car is approximately a 10-minute drive from the airport. An Uber/Lyft will cost between ~$10-15 each way. Free shuttle service to our location is an option, please check your preferred location. Please note there's a Turo fee (%) that depends on the type of car and trip total cost; this is not a delivery charge, it's just a fee from Turo.

• What is the range on a full battery?

  The rated range is around 440 km, but that depends on the speed, weather conditions, and most importantly, your driving style. Quick acceleration uses more energy, as well as highway speeds. Typically, as you enjoy Tesla's unique performance, you get around 20-30% less than the range displayed by the car's computer.

• Where Can I Charge The Car?

  There are hundreds of convenient level 2 charge stations and several Tesla Supercharging stations around Vancouver. Vancouver is looking to become a certified green city and one major perk is an abundance of EV chargers.

• Does the vehicle have winter tires?

  No, however all of our vehicles are equipped with Mud + Snow Rated (M+S) All Season Tires that are legally permitted to be used on all BC Highways from Oct 1st - Apr 30th. Please visit https://tinyurl.com/yc6w8m5x for more details.

• Does the vehicle include an adapter?

  This vehicle is equipped with a J1772 to NACS adapter available as an additional extra for a fee of $20 per trip. If you'd like to add it to your reservation, please let us know, and Turo can add it manually.

• How shuttle service work?

  We offer free shuttle service, whether you're flying domestically or internationally, our driver will meet you at the airport and drop you off at our location for you to pick up the car. Also, once you drop off the car at your checkout time, the driver will drive you to the airport.
