A cleaning fee will be charged if there are signs of smoking or residual odors left in the car. 2- No Pets Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, pets are not allowed inside the vehicle. If pets are transported without permission, an additional cleaning fee will be applied to cover any damages, stains, or odors. 3- Fuel Policy The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of gas, and it must be returned with a full tank as well. Failure to refill the tank will result in a refueling charge, plus an additional service fee. 4- Toll Road Usage If you plan to use any toll roads, especially the 407 ETR, you are responsible for any associated toll fees, camera fees, and mileage charges. These will be billed after your trip based on the usage recorded. 5- Mileage Limits This rental comes with a set mileage limit. Please ensure you do not exceed this limit, as extra mileage will result in additional fees. The exact mileage allowance is displayed in the booking details. 6- Pick-up and Drop-off: Pick-up and drop-off arrangements are typically made remotely using a lockbox. We offer flexible scheduling, including late-night arrangements. To receive the lockbox location and code, please provide a clear picture of your driver's license 24 hours before your rental period. 7- Accidents & Damage In the unfortunate event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, please notify me and Turo immediately. Document the damage with photos and follow Turo’s damage reporting process​. 8- No Off-Roading: Off-roading is strictly prohibited to preserve the car's mechanical integrity and prevent avoidable damage. 9- Cleanliness Please return the vehicle in the same clean condition as when you received it. Excessive dirt, stains, or messes may result in additional cleaning fees. Treat the vehicle with respect and care.+ 10- Late Returns Please adhere to the agreed return time. Late returns without prior communication may result in additional fees.   The Polestar 2 doesn’t require a traditional start button. Simply get in with the key, press the brake pedal, and the car is ready to drive. The vehicle automatically powers on and off when you enter or exit.

• Where can I find charging stations?

  The Polestar 2’s built-in Google Maps makes finding charging stations easy. Simply use the search function or say, “Hey Google, find nearby charging stations,” and it will display options based on your current location.

• What happens if the battery runs low during my trip?

  Don’t worry! The Polestar 2 provides ample warnings when the battery level is low and will guide you to the nearest charging station through the navigation system. For peace of mind, try to keep an eye on the range and plan your charging stops in advance.

• How do I charge the Polestar 2?

  The charging port is located on the rear-left side of the car. You can charge at any public charging station using the provided cable. For faster charging, use a DC fast charger, which can take the battery from 10% to 80% in around 30 minutes. You can also charge at home using a standard Level 2 charger.

• How do I access the infotainment system?

  The car’s infotainment system is powered by Google and features a large touchscreen in the center console. Simply tap the screen to navigate through maps, media, and other settings. Use voice commands by saying "Hey Google" to adjust navigation, climate, or media without taking your hands off the wheel.

• How do I use the driver assistance features?

  The Polestar 2 comes equipped with advanced driver assistance features like adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and a 360-degree camera.
