Great car! Easy to coordinate!

Pick up location is in an extremely confusing location with the only instructions given prior a 3 minute video with no details on how to actually get to the area in the first place. Would have been acceptable had I been given addresses, guidance, or detailed instructions prior but I was not given any help until I was already in the garage with spotty reception. I recommend having some written instructions for future customers. Overall a pretty horrific experience, but the guys seemed genuinely apologetic about it.
Sorry you had a poor experience. However, we have a website with a number of videos and a detailed guide on how to access our pickup locations and return the vehicle. The address is also communicated on the website and the app. The link to our website with these instructions is the first communication we make to our guests 5 mins after every reservation.
Consulting the full scope of instructions like other guests before spamming the Turo chat would’ve likely led to a better experience for you.
