Thanks for renting from us your, please take a min to understand the car rental process. ***In-Person Pick-Up and Return of the Car*** At the meet up location, before unlocking the car you will need to provide two pictures these are TURO requirements: 1.A close up of your driver license 2. A selfie photo that includes a picture of your face and the driver license. ( Fail to provide this you will not received the code) Instructions to upload photos on App: Click "trip details" and there is a "Get Started" below, and click to take a photo. ***Gas: Please return the car with the same level of fuel as when you get the car, except if "PREPAID REFUEL" is selected as an EXTRA OPTION for the trip $75/trip. Also make sure to use 91 or premium gas! Please if you don't it will damage the car. ***Cleaning When you rent from us, you will always receive a fully detailed vehicle. ***Early return and Late Return Early: If you want to return the car early, please send me a message in time and change the trip time on the app. Also note that returning the car early will not change the price. Late: Please be aware that a late return fee will apply if the car is not returned by the specified time. To extend your rental period, please adjust the return time in the app ahead of schedule. ***407 ETR: Please note that this vehicle does not have 407 (Canada) or EZ PASS (USA) transponders. If you choose to use toll routes during your rental, you will be responsible for any toll fees incurred. These fees will be billed to you 3-4 weeks after your rental ends. ***Please note the following rules for this vehicle*** - No Smoking: Smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if this rule is violated. - No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the vehicle to ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all users. - Car Seats: Car seats and booster seats are not permitted, as this is a two-seater vehicle. - Car Wash: If you need to wash the car, please use a touchless car wash to avoid any damage. * IMPORTANT* This vehicle is equipped with a tracking system that monitors real-time activity, including racing and drifting. If the car is abused or driven recklessly, it will be shut down using the built-in kill switch. In such cases, the car will be towed at the renter’s expense, and no refunds will be issued. Renters will also be responsible for any damage incurred. Please treat the car with the same care and respect as you would your own vehicle.
