Car was great, absolutely no problems with it. We received it with only a quarter tank of gas which was inconvenient but not a huge deal. However the experience of communicating with the host was a bit rough. The host was 15 minutes late to the pickup time even though I was providing constant updates over messages. I messaged them the day before to coordinate on the pickup time and they didn’t respond, I had to follow up in morning to make sure we were still on for the rental. When returning the car the host didn’t mention that we would just be dropping it off in a parking spot so we were rushing and providing multiple ETA updates as we were stuck in traffic. Overall the experience was a bit more stressful than it could have been if the host was more communicative. But again, the car is great and we enjoyed our time with it.
Thanks for the feedback! The car had 1/3 tank (not 1/4) and just needed to be returned at the same level. Your pickup time was changed multiple times last minute, which led to a 10-minute delay. Return was originally set for 9am next day, then changed to 5:30pm same day, then returned at 6pm. Clear return instructions were provided, and all messages were answered promptly. There were 5 changes on an 8-hour trip.
