How to open the trunk?
Please either insert the key into the trunk lock or use the lever located on the driver's side carpeted floor
Can I smoke in the car
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the car
How do I connect the car head unit to apple car play or android auto?
Please read the instructions located on the glove box. In short, connect the phone to the usb port located below the climate controls then on the head unit launch 'Car Link' app which is located on the home screen.
Can I visit another Province/State
Please let me know ahead of time if you will be driving outside the province.
What type of tires is the car equipped with
All Season Tires. Be sure to avoid highways that require winter tires during winter season. for details visit https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/transportation/driving-and-cycling/traveller-information/seasonal/winter-driving/winter-tire-and-chain-up-routes
Do you provide contactless pickup and drop off?
Yes, just message me if you prefer contactless pickup/drop off. The process is simple, you will have to send me a selfie of your face and the driver's license prior to the pickup time. Keys will be inside a a combination lock (code will be provided) on my Home front door handle. Drop off process is the same.
Can you drive me back to my home once I drop the car at the time of checkout?
Yes as long as it is within the city of Surrey, Just let me know in advance. An extra 15$ cash or e-transfer will apply
Is the car being tracked?
The car is equipped with a tracker only accessible to the host in case of emergency. If you have a concern, please let me know.

The car was also reliable and gave us no trouble at all, the host was very nice he even gave us many good suggestions to see things in Vancouver. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!
