**Airport parking fee may incur up to $11/hour, we’re unable to reimburse that.** You have already paid the delivery fee, but it not include the parking fee. We can try to schedule to drop off the car at the SHORT-TERM parking lot closer to the your flight time to avoid too much parking fees but we cannot guarantee that(Most car delivery times are 1 hour in advance of your check-in time). Thank you for understanding. :)

Everything was super easy. Pickup at the airport, charging an electric car was never a problem (they’re everywhere in BC) and the host was super responsive

Pick up at YVR was extremely difficult. Although I mentioned and showed photos of where I was, the host just wasn’t getting it. I waited over an hour.
They can only meet you for pick up/drop off between the hours of 9-10pm, no exceptions.
The car was extremely dirty on the outside and inside.
Host provided no instructions on how to operate a Tesla.
