WE are just 8-10 mins away from the airport. An Uber ride from YVR to our location is about $16-$23 depending on time. Our 2016 Nissan Sentra is extremely fuel efficient and has a spacious interior, Winter tires will be available when it is required for the winter season. Why Choose This Car? -Well-maintained: Regularly serviced and cleaned after every trip. -Convenient Pickup?Drop-off: Our store front is very close to YVR and pick up and drop off is available at anytime. -Affordable Rates: We offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality. Although clean up is not necessary we do expect the interior of the vehicle to be relatively close to how you received it. If the interior comes back extremely trashed or dirty, extra fees may apply. Our vehicles maintain a NO-SMOKING policy, emphasizing a commitment to keeping the interior fresh and free from tobacoco doors. This aligns with Turo's guideline on providing a clean and comfortable driving environment for all passengers. Please fill gas back to FULL at the time of return, anything less than what was given at the start of the trip will be billed back to the guest. Parking tickets, Fines, and all other driving violations will be billed back to guest.

Car was great, pick up location was great. Instructions were clear and I appreciated that. Though, an hour and a half after I checked out and left the car exactly where the listing states me to, I get an accusatory text message from the host telling me the car hasn't been returned.

I then see they sent me a text at 4:30 in the morning, asking me to change the drop off location. Not only am I not obligated to do this, I don't even think they're allowed to do such things under such short notice. I didn't see this message because it was sent at an unreasonable time in the morning. I just did exactly as the listing told me to.

I told host that I lived a minute away from the drop off location, on foot, and that I would be there immediately. They told me not to worry, and said guests just never read instructions.

It ruined my morning, giving me anxiety that I am now being accused of stealing a car. I called Turo to cover my tracks.

All is good but I don't think I'd take that risk again.

Hi, I’d like to clarify the misunderstanding you have with regards to the “changing drop off location” as you have mentioned. I NEVER asked you to drop off the car somewhere else, I asked that you park it at our parking lot which was across the street from the dropped it off. The car was parked on the street across from our shop on the day your trip started because our lot was full at the time but upon return I knew that we had parking space on the lot so I asked that you return the car there.
