--GUIDELINES-- CLEANING/SMOKING POLICY: Please return the vehicle the way you received it. Please bring it back clean so it is fresh for the next renter. Additionally, there is NO SMOKING. You will be charged cleaning fees in accordance with Turo's Fees & Fines policy: https://turo.com/ca/en/policies/terms#fees REFUELING POLICY: Per the manufacturer's specification, this BMW only takes 91 octane, premium fuel. Please note the initial fuel level upon pickup, and refuel to at least the same amount. PLEASE KEEP GAS RECEIPT & PLACE IN CENTER CONSOLE UPON RETURN TO AVOID FEE! Turo's policy: https://help.turo.com/paying-for-fuel-rJkqN4eV9 Transponder POLICY: IF you'd like to use my Transponder for your trip please select the "Portable GPS Add-On" and I will include the Transponder in the vehicle for a $5 device charge. If you have your own Transponder feel free to use yours instead. After your trip I will charge the tolls as incidentals (Usually 2- 3 weeks after your trip). If you pass through the 407 ETR without a Transponder an account fee ($3.95 camera recorded trip) and $4.20/ EACH TRIP will be assessed by the Port Authority / toll entity. I will send the charge as an incidental through Turo plus the toll fee. LATE RETURN POLICY: If you know you are running late on your return, please request an extension in the app, go to your trip then select CHANGE TRIP tab. As long as the calendar is open I will approve. No need to call support and to avoid late fee. Turo requires an active rental to ensure your insurance is valid. Keeping the vehicle outside of an active reservation may result in penalty charges applied as well as personal liability for any damage to the vehicle per Turo's policy: https://help.turo.com/en_us/additional-usage-policy-or-hosts-HkVwLNxE9 EARLY RETURN POLICY: If your are planning on returning a vehicle early, I require at least 4 hours advanced notice in order to ensure I will be available to receive the vehicle. I will try to work to accommodate as best I can but please be prepared to honor your original rental time in the event i'm unable to! We kindly ask you to honor and respect these expectations. We expect that you return the car in the same condition it was provided to you. This allows you and the next guest a great experience
